Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Assetted. By creating an account or using Assetted, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Assetted is

Assetted is a platform for discovering, reviewing, and transacting digital assets and related online businesses. Depending on available features, Assetted may provide listings, profiles, trust and verification tools, deal rooms, communication features, security checks, and related marketplace infrastructure.

Assetted does not guarantee that any asset, account, listing, seller, buyer, valuation, revenue claim, traffic claim, or transaction is legitimate, safe, profitable, or suitable for you. Users are responsible for their own due diligence.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Assetted. By using Assetted, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• Completing required verification steps
• Not sharing your account with unauthorized users
• Not bypassing security, rate limits, verification, or platform rules

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Assetted to:

• Break the law or encourage illegal activity
• Commit fraud, scams, impersonation, or misrepresentation
• Sell or attempt to sell stolen, hacked, unauthorized, counterfeit, restricted, or illegal assets
• Upload malware, phishing content, spyware, or harmful code
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Manipulate reviews, trust indicators, traffic, revenue, or verification data
• Circumvent platform security, authentication, rate limits, or access controls
• Use Assetted for spam, scraping, or unauthorized automated activity

5. Listings and asset information

If you create or submit listings, claims, documents, screenshots, metrics, or asset information, you are responsible for ensuring that the information is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

You must have the rights and authority to list, discuss, sell, or transfer any asset you submit to Assetted.

6. Verification and trust features

Assetted may offer trust, verification, review, security, or risk indicators. These features are designed to support decision-making, but they are not guarantees. A verification status, badge, report, or review does not mean that a transaction is risk-free.

7. Transactions and disputes

Assetted may provide tools to help users communicate and structure transactions. Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, Assetted is not a party to transactions between users and does not guarantee payment, delivery, transfer, revenue, ownership, or performance.

Users are responsible for reviewing deal terms, ownership rights, platform rules, and transferability before entering into a transaction.

8. Fees and payments

Some features may be free, paid, or subject to fees. If fees apply, they will be disclosed before purchase or use. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.

9. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Assetted a limited right to host, display, process, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, review, and improve the service.

You must not submit content that violates the rights of others.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe that a user has violated these Terms, created risk for Assetted or other users, attempted fraud, bypassed security, or used the service unlawfully.

11. Service availability

Assetted may change, pause, remove, or update features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

12. No professional advice

Assetted does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, or business advice. Any information on the platform is for general informational and marketplace purposes only.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assetted is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service, transactions between users, third-party platforms, or user-submitted information.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
